Returns/ Exchanges
We will gladly accept your exchange if requested within 7 days of the shipment delivery date.
No Refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, all clothing must be in its original condition, which means they must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, free of stains, pet hairs, and odors, and must have their original tags attached.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, All Clearance items in the Sale Section, Black Friday Deals, Accessories, All Swimwear are considered non returnable. These items cannot be returned. Additionally, items labeled as final sale are not eligible for return.
Requirements: Receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions:
- Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our error) are ineligible.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery are ineligible.
- No refunds offered.
Exchanges: We replace items if defective or damaged (Only due to our error). Email info@gsaintsapparel.com to arrange an exchange.
Gifts: If marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the exchange once the item is received.
We will not allow Klarna for gift card purchases.
Returns & Exchange Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanges may vary. For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
